The below Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by you on the mylittleduckling.co.uk website. This brand is owned and operated by KMDMarlow Limited, a company registered in England (company registration number 09211478) whose registered office is at 23 York Road, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, England, SL7 2QB. Our VAT number is GB 197469150.
These Terms and Conditions only apply to consumers and do not apply to retailers, business owners/companies or brand representatives. If you need to contact us, please e-mail us on email@example.com. Please note that we do not accept any liability for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to, the loss of or damage to data through the use of our website.
HOW OUR WEBSITE WORKS
Once you have ordered and paid for your goods on mylittleduckling.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail which confirms the exact details of your order, providing that you submitted an accurate e-mail address when placing your order.
We will then send you another e-mail to confirm when we have dispatched your order. In the unlikely event that your selection is out of stock, we will contact you to advise you of the timeframes of when your order can be processed and offer a full refund or exchange.
If you have indicated that your order is a gift to the recipient when placing your order, prices will not be included on the in-parcel receipt. You pricing information will however be included on your order confirmation and dispatch confirmation e-mails.
We always encourage our customers to print or save a copy of these Terms and Conditions, your payment information for paying online and shipping confirmation e-mail immediately upon receipt. If you notice that any of the information e-mailed to you is incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can correct it.
All prices are clearly displayed on our website. Please select your chosen items by stating the required quantity of each item. Once you have selected the amounts you would like to order of each design and you are happy with your order, please continue through to payment. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur sometimes. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming you order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, we will refund you the full price including delivery charges you paid for.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery and returns terms and conditions are stipulated in the DELIVERY & RETURNS. All delivery charges as per your chosen delivery options will be added to your order at checkout.
It is always our aim to offer a quick and straightforward order and delivery process. We aim to process your order and dispatch the goods to you within 24 hours of receiving your order but please allow up to 5 working days to receive your goods. We always kindly ask our customers to allow a little extra time during exceptionally busy shopping periods such as Christmas.
It is important to note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed. These local fees are not included in the mylittleduckling invoice.

We want to make sure that we provide you with an excellent service at all times and as part of that we make every to portray items accurately but at times slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are appropriate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing process allows. Please note that there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens. We make reservations for any typing errors which may occur on the website.
Should any part of these Terms and Conditions be deemed unlawful and invalid and thus not enforceable, this will not affect the validity and enforcement of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions.

We define retailers, business owners/companies and brand representatives as those who place orders when the items cannot be expected to be ordered for personal use. In these circumstances we can cancel the order without being liable in any way.
